SoccerFit™ is an extensively researched program of soccer exercises, techniques and drills giving participants a fun-filled and thoroughly energetic fitness workout, in a safe, structured group environment.
The goals of SoccerFit™ (the organisation) are:-
- To deliver a high-quality fitness program that matches and exceeds the currently popular fitness regimes.
- To ensure that the SoccerFit™ fitness program, through its classic and premium models, is accessible to all people.
- To provide an opportunity to those who have not played much soccer to discover the ‘beautiful game’ in a friendly encouraging environment.
- To build a sustainable business enterprise centred around the promotion and popularisation of the SoccerFit™ program. It is a stated goal of SoccerFit™ (the organisation) to always have a fee-free program available to non-profit organisations.
SoccerFit™ originated in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs in 2006 and is set to grow rapidly throughout Australia.
The SoccerFit™ program was originally compiled by the SoccerFit™ organisation’s director, Liam O’Duibhir, a senior coach with the Phoenix Celtic Football Club in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs Soccer league.
